Change your old worn down conservatory into a room you can use all year round! UPVC conservatories are usually too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. Therefore we have come up with an alternative solution for your problem! Cre8a can either replace your old frames or can change it to wall panels to create a room. A conservatory conversion which has been made easy.

For example this project which took place in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. The old UPVC conservatory was replace and changed to an insulated extension the same size. A Cre8a Build. The original brick foundations were used and the Cre8a Build was built on top. The size was 4.7m x 2.09m, a long narrow room on the side of the bungalow. The foundations and retaining walls were in good condition which then reduced the cost for the new build.

The conservatory conversion looks modern and has a 10 year build guarantee! The Cre8a Build features insulation in both the walls and roof structure. Which was accompanied with modern double glazed doors and windows, will ensure the room is a usable temperature all year round. The windows and french doors were grey externally and internally, manufactured by Highseal Manufacturing. The exterior of the building was cladded with Marshland Oak cladding. On the other hand the customer chose to have one wall with clicwall internal cladding and the other walls plastered. The internal clicwall cladding was heritage oak accompanied with white ceiling panels, creating the clients dream room.
